We will be at #GEN Grand Est Numérique, in Metz, September 13 and 14 2018, invited by the CEA with whom we have developed uses of PICC with the Internet of Things.
With its approach defined by structured mind mapping, PICC enables easy feedback on experience as well as capitalization of Knowledge and collective intelligence in a graphical manner.
The business know-how collected, enriched with data from sensors, makes the most of the Internet of Things while maintaining a human element at the center of the process of decision making.
This unique approach contributes towards maintenance, preventive or predictive, by federating as much of the technical data as there are daily experiences in the field, and taking it into account in the process of problem solving. On the same interface, it enables access to prescriptive maintenance, as according to thresholds detected, actions are initiated and technicians notified in real time.
This opens a new range of possibilities to everyone, as well as a new approach to maintenance and collaboration at large.
From this cartography of human and machine know-how, PICC presents you with a module dedicated to problem analysis and solving, however complex, thanks to three levels of problem solving, adapting to innovation needs:
- immediate identification of key issues in a deadlocked situation,
- boosted creativity, validated by robust parallel analysis
- systematic innovation, incremental or disruptive, for high strategic stakes
