L’innovation systématique devient un « must » pour garder et prendre des nouvelles parts de marché.  L’avenir d’une entreprise ne peut pas être dépendant de la créativité de quelques individus. Les connaissances et le savoir-faire devraient être capitalisés afin d’être réutilisés dans un processus d’innovation continue.  Cette formation est un cours avancé basé sur la méthodologie TRIZ .

Vous apprendrez notamment comment collecter et capitaliser le savoir existant dans l’entreprise, chez vos clients et chez vos concurrents, comment cibler de manière objective les vrais problèmes à résoudre, comment générer des hypothèses d’évolution (technology forecasting).
Différents outils de génération d’idées et de résolution de problèmes  tels que PICC vous seront également présentés.

Au cours de cette formation, vous pourrez  aussi comparer et analyser les forces et les faiblesses des différentes méthodes d’innovation existante.

TRIZ Introduction


The 1-day TRIZ introduction course offers an overview of the systematic innovation method. During the course, you will understand how the act of inventing is formed and how software tools (PICC) can help you.


TRIZ Basic


During this course, participants learn the fundamentals of the systematic innovation method based on TRIZ. Practical cases will allow you to practice the concepts and tools presented. In addition, different examples, coming from different industries, Aeronautics, Pharmaceutical, Food, automotive, etc. will illustrate the concepts.


TRIZ M-Tech


This is an advanced training course based on the TRIZ methodology.

You will learn how to collect and capitalize on existing knowledge in the company, from your customers and from your competitors, how to objectively target the real problems to be solved, and how to generate hypotheses for evolution (technology forecasting).
You will also be introduced to various idea generation and problem solving tools such as PICC.

The method used by most inventors since the 19th century can be characterized as the blind trial and error method: possible solutions were chosen randomly.

No rules of idea generating were used and, in principle, any idea could be accepted. No criteria were applied either, which forced the inventor into multiple experiments in order to evaluate each possibility.

The inventive process was a quid pro quo, reciprocal exchange, where ignorance was being exchanged for time (“the less we know, the longer we search”).

INSA Toulouse receives Exelop

Last March 2nd, Exelop paid a visit to the INSA in Toulouse.  Five teachers of the school will open courses on the TRIZ systematic innovation methodology.

Thanks to TRIZ theory, innovation can be achieved systematically, for any problem, however complex – innovation is obtained with a precise methodology that builds on your capital of internal and external experiences.

This day was full of learning with the practical implementation of different cases giving teachers proper integration to best transmit the principles of innovation to future students.

As of June, future engineers will inaugurate the Innovation sessions in their curricula. See you next year to find the students, their professors and the continuation of their project.
