Lessons Learned Knowledge Maps (KMAP) with PICC

Companies are constantly generating knowledge. Unfortunately, it is often relegated to seldom read meeting minutes, and therefore forgotten. Employees don’t leverage it because doing so would waste more time than it would save.  PICC allows teams to automatically create Knowledge Maps using meeting minutes and thus save time and avoid losing valuable know-how due to employee turnover.
